Delaware election law limits contributions to $600 per individual ($1200 per couple, checks must be separate with different signatures). Business contributions must include the name and address of the owner(s) of the business. If you have reached your limit, you will be notified and your check will be returned. By law, names of individuals/businesses who contribute an aggregate of $100 or less in the election cycle will not be listed in the campaign finance reports submitted to the State Election Commissioner. Contributions are not tax deductible.
